Settling in

After 2 months of hanging out at Jason's parents and filling their house with our stuff and our noise, we were finally able to get into our new home last week.  We spent a week getting it ready and then a weekend of moving our stuff in. 

This week has been lots of unpacking, not to mention school starting and getting things ready for my new job as Director of Religious Ed.  Wait!  Didn't someone in our house already have that job?  Yes, Jason had it as one of his many jobs while we were living here the last time.  Now that he has his full-time dream job, and we have our dream home, it unfortunately does not come cheaply, therefore, I was provided with the opportunity to do something part-time I am passionate about and get paid for it.  Even better is that most of it can be done at home, and what time it does require me to be away from home works with Jason's schedule. 

So as we continue to get used to our new normal and organize our belongings, we are thankful to God for all the blessings He has bestowed upon us and look forward to what this part of our journey entails for us and His plan for our lives and those around us.
